This striped, mesh-like cowl (infinity scarf) features a simple, easy-to-memorize stitch pattern. Alternating sets of “k2tog, yo” and “yo, ssk” worked over alternating stockinette and garter stitch sections create a wavy, chevron-y fabric, and an interesting play of colors and texture.

Chaukor The Second

Swatch Love

Chaukor The Second was inspired by the original Chaukor (available here – https://swatchophile.wordpress.com/2015/02/24/chaukor/). The two shawls are similar in aesthetic, but this second version is simpler.

The pattern includes written instructions for three sizes – a large stole version, a medium-sized stole version and a small scarf version.

Finished Dimensions – 19” width x 72” length (Large) / 14” width x 68” length (Medium) / 11” width x 60” length (Small)

Yarn – Cascade Heritage Sock (I used the Camel colorway) or any fingering weight yarn that blocks well.

You will need approximately 1000 yards for the large size, 720 yards for the medium size and 500 yards…
